EXERCICE 1:
- Virgin Hotels:
2/ Virgin hotels' sites are different from other "traditional" hotels' sites because it's very easy to use, with a lots of pictures and websites are adapted to mobile and tablets software. Virgin hotels have, as well, an mobile application.

3/ Virgin Hotels' customers can do on their smartphone, computer or tablets: Check'in, checkout, pay the bill, order room service, book a table in a restaurant, etc...
- Radisson Red:
1/ Radisson Red are appealing to Gen C because they have a "future strategy" and they are, everyday, trying to adapt their marketing to the new marketing and to the generation C.
As we can read it on their website:
2/ Radisson Blus' sites are different form other "traditional" hotels' site because they arz very funny, very attractive with videos and a lots of informations. Those websites look like a newspaper.

As we can see, getting informations for french people is different for business in Travel and Arts & Entertainment.
For exemple:
-Regarding the Travels: Social is one of the first and the more important fact for french people.
-Regarding the Arts & Entertainment: Social is one of the 3 lasts fact for french people.
- Of the various touchpoint, how many does a typical hotel use to convert lookers to bookers?
It is very important for hotels to find solution to convert lookers to bookers: For that, they can use 6 touchpoints as: Display Click, Email, Generic Pais Search, Referral, Organic Search and Brand Paid Search.
- Which touchpoint do you thinker most important for hotel to employ and why?
-Social: Because the "bouche à oreille" is very important.
-Brand Paid Search: Because more informations the company will put on its website, more it will determine how this company is taking care of their employs.

- How many screens (devices) can people use in the decision journey?
